 Military Prosecutor: Measures being taken to prosecute Armenians who committed war crimes against Azerbaijan 

Koryun Gumashyan, who was charged under Article 120.2.1 (murder by a group of persons with prior connivance), 120.2.7 (murder of two or more persons), 120.2.12 (deliberate murder on the motive of national, racial, religious hatred or enmity) and other charges of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was remanded in custody in accordance with an appropriate court decision and put on the international wanted list, said Deputy Prosecutor General - Military Prosecutor of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General of Justice Khanlar Valiyev, AzVision.az reports.

The military prosecutor also noted that all necessary and institutional measures are being taken to ensure the prosecution and punishment of the criminal military personnel of the occupant country in accordance with international law for provocations committed by Armenian military units, killing of Azerbaijani servicemen and civilians or inflicting various bodily injuries on them and other criminal acts.
