On October 3, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has laid the foundation of the Talysh-Tapgaragoyunlu-Gashalti-Naftalan highway in the Tartar district, AzVision.az reports.
The construction of a new road from the Talysh village of Tartar to the Naftalan city, passing through the Tapgaragoyunlu village of the Goranboy district, will contribute to the socio-economic development of the district, as well as provide comfortable movement of residents along the road.
As a result, it will be possible to move in this direction from the Naftalan city along with the Tartar city. The total length of the road will be 22 kilometres.
