Azerbaijan has recorded 2,631 new COVID-19 cases, 1,989 patients have recovered, and 28 others have died over the past day, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers told AzVision.az on Sunday.
Up until now, 547,281 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country, 507,756 of them have recovered, and 7,269 people have died. Currently, 32,256 people are under treatment in special hospitals.
Over the past day, 12,367 COVID-19 tests have been carried out in Azerbaijan, bringing the total number of tests to 5,284,216.
