  225 people have been victims of landmines since Patriotic War: ANAMA 

As many as 225 people have been victims of mine explosions since November 10, 2020, said Vugar Suleymanov, chairman of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA), AzVision.az reports. 

He noted that 186 have been injured, and 39 killed as a result of mine explosions.

“Mines and explosive remnants of war pose a threat to the lives and activities of the people involved in the restoration of infrastructure in the liberated areas, as well as the residents of the war-torn regions, including the areas along the former line of contact,” the chairman added.
