Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus becomes OTS observer

The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has been admitted to the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) as an observer, AzVision.az reports.

The relevant decision has been adopted at the organization’s IX summit being held in Samarkand.
