12 more countries included in `ASAN Visa` system
Citizens of 12 more countries (Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras, Maldives, Mauritius, Paraguay, Peru, Seychelles, Jamaica, and Colombia) will be able to obtain e-visa via “ASAN Visa” portal, the Press Service of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan told AzVision.az.
Initially the number of the countries issued visa via “ASAN Visa” portal was 81, but now as a result of continuous development and expansion the scope of `ASAN Visa` this figure reached 93.

Foreigners can get the e-visa in just 3 steps (apply, pay and download e-Visa) via the Portal. A foreigner or a stateless person can apply directly through the portal for a single entry visa valid for 30 days stay in the country.

Foreigners and stateless persons should apply for electronic visa at least 3 (three) working days before their planned date of arrival in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The expiry date of the applicant’s passport or other travel document should be at least 3 (three) months later than the expiry date of e-Visa.

E-visas are issued only for those countries that approved by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and for the citizens and stateless people permanently residing in those countries.

Besides, “ASAN Visa” system offers group visa to foreign citizens. Applications for group visa are considered at least 2, maximum 10 people.
