UNICEF reacted to 2-year-old Zahra Guliyeva's killing by Armenia
"No community and no family should suffer from child loss as a result of the armed conflict".
UNICEF Executive Director Anthony Lake said in his responsive letter to Azerbaijani Human Rights Commissioner's statement on 2-year-old Zahra Guliyeva's death by the Armenian Armed Forces on July 4, AzVision.az reports.

The letter reads: "As the United Nations (UN) noted in March, the UN support the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and avoidance of any action staggering the ceasefire regime. UNICEF hopes to defend all children suffered from influence of the conflict".

It is also noted, UNICEF Representative in Azerbaijan will continue its assistance in regard to better and safe initiatives.
