President Ilham Aliyev recommended to liberate Mehman Aliyev

President Ilham Aliyev recommended to liberate Mehman Aliyev

Director of Turan Information Agency, Mehman Aliyev addressed a letter to president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, AzVision.az reports citing Virtualaz.org.

President Ilham Aliyev was informed about this information after his visit to Kazakhistan. President Ilham Aliyev recommended to change the measure by prosecutor and to liberate Mehman Aliyev from isolator.

Note, on 10 February 2017 President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev signed an Executive Order On improving work in the penitentiary system, humanization of the punishment policy and expansion of alternative punishments and procedural enforcement measures not associated with isolation from society.
