“In this regard, the discussion of the problems forms a principal character. I see Azerbaijan as a part of the Eurasian Economic Union in the future. Clearly, Azerbaijan cannot develop without building relationship with Russia and other countries. Supposedly, in Russia, close mutual relations are necessary to provide peace and well-being in the Caucasus. The sides have to discuss the possible ways of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict at the negotiating table. It is of utmost importance to show good will and patience in any conflict”.
Zyuganov also commented on the development of anti-Russia intentions in Armenia and desire to integrate to NATO:”The situation gets worse in places which move away from Russia. Armenia and Armenian people it better than everyone. When it comes to hysteric, you can find people in Russia who dance after America‘s pipe. These people do not serve Russia and do everything in order to escalate the tensions. We cannot let these powers grow in Armenia. We will not let them grow”.
