According to the deputy minister, the document’s quality is very important.
"We are not in a hurry, but both sides have positions that need to be mutually agreed. This is a legal document. Let it take long as long as it has quality,” Mammad-Guliyev said, adding. “Political issues are also being discussed within the document, which touches on Azerbaijan’s independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity and border inviolability. This agreement is unlikely to be signed by the end of the year. This can only be possible if we accept everything they say, but it would not be right.”
