Withing framework of the third OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting held in Vienna, Austria Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov and Khalid A. Al-Falih the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources of Saudia Arabia and President of the OPEC Conference, AzVision.az reports citing press service of the ministry.
