It became clear that Elshad Hasanov had previously been appointed to one of the three vacancies. The delegation is made up of the following persons:
Samad Seyidov (chairman), Elshad Hasanov, Ulviyya Aghayeva, Asim Mollazade, Ganira Pashayeva, Fazil Mustafa, Sabir Hajiyev, Sahibe Gafarova, Sevinj Fataliyeva, Rafael Huseynov, Rovshan Rzayev and Vusal Huseynov.

Three members of Azerbaijan’s delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), namely MPs Elkhan Suleymanov, Muslim Mammadov, and Elshan Musayev, have been removed from the delegation.
For the time being, only one MP, Elshad Hasanov, has been appointed as a new member of Azerbaijan’s delegation to PACE.
