Russia’s NTV presents Kalbajar district as Armenian territory - VIDEO
The culinary show “Let's go, let's eat!” which is aired on Russia’s NTV channel dedicated one of its editions to Armenia.
British-Russian TV-presenter John Warren who hosts the show that deals with culture, traditions and national cuisine and music of peoples, has visited Armenia three times to shoot the edition.

Another edition of the program was about Azerbaijan. The presenter also visited occupied territories of Azerbaijan. However, in the show, Azerbaijan’s Kalbajar district was presented as an area of Armenia. Another interesting point is that the presenter didn’t mention the name of Kalbajar when he was in the district.

This means the violation of the norms of international law.

Armenia occupied Kalbajar district on April 2, 1993. Its territory is 1.936 km and the population is about 70.000. The district’s residents have been settled in 59 districts of Azerbaijan.

As a result of the occupation, 511 people were killed, 321 went missing and were taken hostages. The damage caused to the district is estimated in the amount of 761 million USD.
