“Preparatory work is underway for Toivo Klaar’s visit to Azerbaijan,” said the diplomatic source.
Toivo Klaar was appointed to this post in November 2017 and succeeded Ambassador Herbert.

The EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, will pay a visit to Azerbaijan on Feb. 19-20, a diplomatic source told AzVision.az.
