The U.S. Dow Jones stock index increased by 0.27% to 24,899.41 points, S&P 500 rose by 0.09% to 2,730.13 points and NASDAQ went down by 0.11% to 7,411.32 points.
In the European stock markets, FTSE 100 index descended by 0.18% to 7,710.98 points, Germany’s DAX slid 0.18% to 12,977.71, French CAC 40 decreased by 0.02% to 5,540.68, AzVision.az reported.
At the latest COMEX auctions, gold prices descended $6.40 to $1,311.80 an ounce and silver prices slipped $0.14 to $16.50.
