On July 23, small-size gunnery ships "Volgodonsk" and "Makhachkala", as well as a rescue tugboat "SB-45" of the Caspian Flotilla of the Russian Navy arrived in Baku, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told AzVision.az.
