Azerbaijan will create an example of heaven on earth in Karabakh and Zangazur, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said receiving Executive Director of the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-Habitat) Maimunah Mohd Sharif of Malaysia on March 5, AzVision.az reports.
"Currently, there are many works to be done by us. I am sure that you have been informed about our plans. You may have seen a significant part of our recovery process. This is a big deal. Until today, we have not received any assistance from international organizations or any country in the world. We have not received a single dollar. We do everything at our own expense and we will continue our work in this regard. Of course, it is quite strange to see that almost a year and a half has passed since the liberation of the lands from the Armenian occupation, but no one offered any assistance to us", Ilham Aliyev noted.
