Azerbaijan reveals number of foreigners included in latest amnesty act

Azerbaijan's Amnesty Act announced on the occasion of November 8, Victory Day, has been applied to 83 foreigners, Head of the Penal Execution Service of the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry Malik Alekperov said at a press conference, AzVision.az reports.

Aleperov added that the draft resolution grants amnesty to 491 people over 60 years old.
