Azerbaijan's Baku hosts the 15th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Iran State Commission on economic, trade, and humanitarian cooperation, AzVision.az reports.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Co-chair of the Commission Shahin Mustafayev and other representatives of the State and Government take part in the meeting from the Azerbaijani side and Iran's Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Co-Chair of the Commission Rostam Ghasemi, and other officials - from the Iranian side.
After the meeting, it is scheduled to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the creation of new communication links between the East Zangazur economic region and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic through the territory of Iran.
