“There is no need to reiterate our position, which has been repeatedly stated,” the Azerbaijani ministry said.
"Given the importance of normalizing Azerbaijan-Armenia relations and establishing peace in the region, Azerbaijan put forward its proposals and expressed readiness to move in this direction. If Armenia is serious about this issue, it must submit its specific proposals and thereby demonstrate readiness to start substantive and result-oriented negotiations," the ministry added.
