He said, no problems are detected in the implementation of the project.
“Partly, we are even ahead of schedule and 850 kilometers of pipes have already been welded,” Abdullayev said.
Financing is not a problem as long as the projects are viable and doable, he added saying that the government use special incentives to attract external investors.
