The Madrid Principles on Karabakh conflict settlement are not the end but the beginning of discussions, AzVision.az reports citing Armenian Media.

`The Madrid Principles include the issue on the self-determination of Nagorno-Karabakh but these principles are not the end point, but conversely, the start point for the future discussions. This should be followed by wide discussions in the public,` he added.
