 Putin discussed Karabakh at meeting with permanent members of RSC  

A meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council and Russian President Vladimir Putin was held on November 27, Russia's Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. 

"The activities of Russian peacekeepers and the work of the humanitarian mission in Karabakh were also discussed. Russian President also briefed the participants on telephone conversations with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan," said Dmitry Peskov. 

Peskov also stated that various issues of Russia's internal socio-economic agenda were also discussed.
