President Ilham Aliyev has viewed a model of a kindergarten which is being built in Bijelo Polje, Montenegro, funded by the government of Azerbaijan.
The Head of State was informed on the course of construction of the facility. The President also viewed a model of a new park to be laid in the city, AzerTAj reports.
Mayor of Bijelo Polje Alexander Zuric presented President Ilham Aliyev with a memorial plaque of the city.
