Some 22,591 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 in Azerbaijan on March 15, AzVision.az reports citing the Operational Headquarters under the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers.
The first dose of the vaccine was injected into 1,152 citizens, the second one to 1,847 citizens, the third dose and the next doses to 18,460 citizens. Some 1,132 citizens was vaccinated with a booster dose after a positive test result for COVID-19.
Totally, up until now, 13,286,364 vaccine doses were administered, 5,315,399 citizens received the first dose of the vaccine, 4,805,594 people - the second dose, 2,945,147 people - the third dose and the next doses.
Some 220,224 citizens were vaccinated with a booster dose after a positive test result for COVID-19.
