The minister noted that these servicemen were detained by Armenia, and a criminal case was initiated against them.
“First of all, I would like to note that during bilateral meetings with the Armenian side, also, during meetings with international mediators, as well as with representatives of other states, we drew their attention to this issue. We raised the issue of the need to consider this incident as a complete violation of the previously reached agreements and to influence Armenia in this direction,” Bayramov added.
