“Iran considers Karabakh to be a part of Azerbaijan but calls for a solution to the region’s problems through dialogue, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Nasser Kanaani, said at a briefing in Tehran on Tuesday, AzVision.az reports.
He also emphasized Iran’s readiness to hold a meeting in the “3+3” format to resolve the arising issues.
