Azerbaijani President and First Lady participating in opening of 7th “Kharibulbul" Int’l Music Festival

Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of the 7th “Kharibulbul" International Music Festival in the city of Shusha, AzVision.az reports.

The head of state addressed the event.

Afterwards, ICESCO Director-General Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik delivered a speech.
