BP, its partners jointly invest $70B in Azerbaijan
BP, jointly with its partners, has so far invested more than $70 billion in Azerbaijan`s oil & gas projects and other related areas, said the British company.
BP intends to continue investments in similar projects in Azerbaijan, according to the company`s message issued Apr. 15.

The British company is the largest foreign investor in Azerbaijan`s oil and gas sector.

BP is operating the development of the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of oil and gas fields and the Shah Deniz gas and condensate field.

The company is also a member of such pipeline projects as the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline and the South Caucasus Pipeline, meant for gas transportation.
