According to decision passed by the Cabinet of Ministers, the per head services of consumer minimum consumer basket for the working-age population, pensioners and children includes equal 12 m² of apartment for a year, heating of 12 m² of apartment, 5 m³ of hot and cold water supply for a month, 5 m³ of sewerage for a month, 21m³ of gas for a month, 50 kVt/h energy for a month, 10% other services in comparison to total monthly services costs.
Transport costs are different for these groups. The minimum consumer basket includes 692 moves for working-age population, 365 moves for pensioners and 406 moves for children within a year.
