Killed soldiers are Karen Samvelovich Grigoryan and Vardan MArtikovich Mkrtchyan, the injured soldier is Volodya Gagikovich Arutyunyan.
Armenian media reports that the incident has occurred while Azerbaijani army attempted to pass to the opposite side of the frontline at night on January 2-3 and Azerbaijani side also has casualties. However, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry refuted these reports.
“Armenia always blames Azerbaijan after their servicemen shoot one another as a result of internal conflicts and contradictions among the Armenian armed units. This is already habit”, the Ministry said.
