The investigation continues on the criminal case of former rector of Azerbaijan International University Elshad Abdullayev.
Elshad Abdullayev is being wanted, Chief of Anti-Corruption Department under Prosecutor General, Kamran Aliyev said at a press conference on the outcomes of 2014.
He said those who committed these offenses have been brought to justice, adding that the investigation is underway.
