Trump was likely responding to Clinton’s appearance Wednesday at Recode’s Code conference in California, where she discussed the 2016 presidential campaign at length.
Clinton said during the appearance that she inherited “nothing” from the Democratic Party and said the press had over-reacted to her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.
She said, “I take responsibility for every decision I made, but that’s not why I lost.”
