One person reportedly killed in shooting across from Trump International Beach Resort

A man was reportedly killed and at least one other person injured during a shooting outside the Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, police said, New York Daily News reports. 

Gunshots were heard around 1:30 p.m. at the Alamo Rent A Car, across the street from the Miami hotel, according to Local 10.

A man was reportedly killed and a 19-year-old woman was transported to a local hospital, but her condition is unknown.

Early reports said as many as three people had been shot in the incident.

Authorities are looking for three suspects, armed with an AK-47 and multiple handguns, according to Local 10.


The Trump International Beach Resort bears the president’s name due to a licensing agreement with the owner.
