Sudan protests: Military council wants talks to resume

Sudan's Transitional Military Council has asked protest leaders to return to talks, AzVision.az reports citing Al Jazeera.

Protesters have rejected that call and demonstrations demanding civilian rule are continuing across the country.

They also want an international investigation into the violence and the resumption of internet services.

Negotiations collapsed after a paramilitary group launched a deadly crackdown on protesters earlier this month.
