In an effort to speed up socio-economic development of Goranboy region, the President has decided allocating AZN 3 million to the administration of Goranboy for construction of Goranboy-Yukhari Agjakand highway which will connect 18 settlements with a total population of 35,000.
The Finance Ministry has been tasked to provide the finance in a manner prescribed by the presidential decree.
