Russian newspaper publishes interview with Azerbaijani official

Rossiyskaya Gazeta publishes interview with chairman of Azerbaijan State NGO Support Council.

Russian Rossiyskaya Gazeta has published an article featuring an interview with chairman of the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the Azerbaijani President, MP Azay Guliyev.

Entitled The National Donor, the article highlights development stages of the 3rd sector in Azerbaijan as well as the activities and foreign relations of the organization.

Mr Guliyev, in his interview, touches upon the Council`s cooperation with organizations supporting NGOs in Russia and Turkey.
