AZAL safely dispatches all passengers of returned plane to Moscow
The passengers of Baku-Moscow plane, that earlier returned to the departure airport due to technical problems, have been dispatched to Moscow in a reserve plane, Heydar Aliyev International Airport told on May 21.
Boeing 757 plane returned to the departure airport at 11:10 (UTC/GMT +5 hours), May 21, 2015, Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL) said earlier.

The plane carrying out the AHY-852 flight on Baku-Moscow route returned because of the pressure drop in one of its hydraulic systems, according to the company.

The aircraft landed safely, without any casualties, according to the message from AZAL.

"It was possible to fly with such a malfunction to the destination, however, given that the problem occurred immediately after the take-off, the commander of the crew decided to land at the base airport named after Heydar Aliyev in Baku,” said the message.

The cause of the malfunction is being investigated by the special commission of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC.
