Welcoming the guests, the chairman of the CEC informed the delegation about the election process.
'The elections are being broadcasted by foreign and local media. The majority of political parties in the country are being represented in the elections. International and local observers monitor the election process. Webcams have been installed at 1,000 polling stations,' head of Azerbaijan CEC noted.
The head of the delegation, Leonid Kalashnikov stated that the election process continues in accordance with the national legislation.
