Following the inauguration ceremony, the head of state held a meeting with medical staff, AzVision.az reports.
President Aliyev noted that the newly-inaugurated well-equipped medical institution is one of the largest ones in the country.
Speaking about the measures being taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in Azerbaijan, the president stressed that the new medical institution will open up additional opportunities in the fight against the pandemic.
