Another 196 virus infected people have recovered, while 2 others have died, the headquarters noted.
The overall confirmed cases in Azerbaijan have reached 9,570, with 5,309 recoveries and 115 deaths.
Some 4,146 patients are currently being treated in specialized hospitals.
