In January-May 2020, Azerbaijan produced 16.4 billion cubic meters of gas, AzVision.az reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Energy.
The production of gas increased by 13.6% or 2 billion cubic meters more compared to the same period a year before.
"Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" accounted for 5.4 billion cubic meters of gas including condensate produced, while "Shah Deniz" for 8 billion cubic meters.
SOCAR's gas output amounted to 3 billion cubic meters during the reporting period.
