"Regardless of age, everybody should understand the complications of this disease. There are families in which adults show negative results and children show positive results. Children are still carriers of the disease. Children should follow hygiene rules, especially hands, playing in the yard. These rules should also be followed in parks. If more than 10 people gather and communicate without using a mask, we will not be able to get a result from the lockdown," Garayeva added.
