On July 1, Kestutis Jankauskas, Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan and Hande Harmanci, WHO Representative in Azerbaijan inspected the medical equipment delivered to the country as a part of the Solidarity for Health Initiative project implemented to respond effectively and safely to the COVID-19 pandemic, the press service of the Delegation of the European Union to Azerbaijan told AzVision.az.
Delegates personally tested the equipment and wrote a thanks note to the health workers who will use them.
Starting from July 1 this personal protective equipment will be distributed to health facilities dedicated to the fight against the pandemic.
