"The information spread by the Armenian media about the alleged use of "Grad" rocket launchers by the Azerbaijani Army against the Armenian armed forces in the direction of Tovuz is misinformation," Defense Ministry spokesman Colonel Vagif Dargali said, AzVision.az reports citing Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
