A number of diaspora organizations such as the Congress of European Azerbaijanis, Federation of Turkey-Azerbaijan Friendship Associations, Istanbul Turkish-Azerbaijani Culture and Solidarity Association, Manisa-Azerbaijan Culture and Solidarity Association, Kocaeli Derince Azerbaijan House Association, Azerbaijanis living in Istanbul, Association of Australian Azerbaijanis, Azerbaijani Diaspora Organizations Association in Egypt-"Patriot ", “ Motherland” Union of Azerbaijani Women of the Netherlands, the Benelux Azerbaijanis Congress, Diaspora organizations of the Coordination Council of Netherlands-Belgium Azerbaijanis,  the Netherlands Azerbaijani-Turkish Cultural Association and other organizations have appealed to the international community, international organizations and higher government agencies of the countries where they live with statements. 

In their statements, our Azerbaijani compatriots underlined the bloody attacks in Tovuz, shooting on civilians, accusing the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and leading international organizations of remaining silent about the provocations committed by Armenians.

World Azerbaijanis have called on the international community not to remain silent to the provocative actions committed by Armenia and speak out for the imposition of harsh sanctions.
