Hajiyev made the remark at the press-conference in Baku.
"Armenian political and military leadership bears responsibility for these losses. Armenia begins to target civilian population when they fail in fields of military, information and diplomacy. There is a fact that Azerbaijani citizen was killed at the age of 76. These facts are being evaluated. We have seen the same scenario during the April battles. The international community and relevant bodies of the United Nations are informed about these facts. These actions committed by Armenia are severe violation of international law, the Geneva Conventions and other related legal documents," Hikmet Hajiyev noted.
