Debate held between Hikmet Hajiyev and former adviser to Armenian PM - VIDEO

"Inside Story" programme on Al Jazeera English channel hosted a debate between head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Hikmet Hajiyev and former adviser to the Armenia prime minister, Arsen Kharatyan.

During the debates, the assistant to president proved that in accordance with international law, Armenia is responsible for the occupation of Azerbaijani territories.
