Moldova's Dodon calls on Armenia, Azerbaijan to resume substantive negotiations

Moldovan President Igor Dodon expressed his deepest regresses over the clashes on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and expressed his hope that negotiations will enable both sides to achieve the solution to the problems, AzVision.az reports. 

“We are deeply concerned by the clashes on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border which killed and wounded servicemen. I do hope that all these will be halted to achieve peace.

We will continue to develop our cooperation and partnership with both Azerbaijan and Armenia. We do believe that both sides will be able to hold discussions though negotiations process”, he added.
