The Azerbaijani side does not plan to participate in the talks of imitative nature on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration at the press conference held on July 21, AzVision.az reports.
"The negotiations should be held within mandate of Minsk Group. The mandate of OSCE Minsk Group is to hold negotiations in compliance with the international principles, the Helsinki Final Act and resolutions of UN Security Council," Hajiyev noted.
"The Azerbaijani side expects Minsk Group co-chairs to increase their efforts for more intensive talks. The Minsk Group has 11 participants and it is necessary to hold expanded meeting in expanded format," Hajiyev added.
